School Rules & Regulations

Student Arrival Time: 7:00 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.
Classes begin at 8:30 A.M. -Dismissal Time is 3:00 P.M.
After School begins at 3:00 P.M. -Dismissal Time is 5:45 P.M.

 
Students are not placed on a class list if tuition is not up to date. Each student must have an application, proof of age, and a payment contract on file (if applicable).. All payments must be made on time. Parents must strictly follow the payment schedule. When tuition payments are delinquent, students will not be allowed to attend classes.

Medical/Dental Form:
Absolutely no child will be admitted to school in September without the completed Mt. Moriah Christian Academy Medical Form on file.

After School Program: Students may remain in school until 5: 45 P.M.
HOWEVER. ANY PARENT PICKING UP A CHILD LATE -AFTER 6:00 P.M. WILL BE CHARGED A $15.00. ANY PARENT WHO IS HABITUALLY LATE PICKING UP THEIR CHILD WILL BE ASKED TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM.

Person Picking Child Up:
1. Must be listed on the back of the Emergency Card.
2. Must be at least 16 years of age.

If for any reason, someone other than the person(s} listed is picking up your child, YOU, THE PARENT, MUST CALL THE SCHOOL at 718-953-1895, giving the relevant information about the person. On arrival at the school, that person will be required to present some form of identification.

Dress Code
All students are required to adhere to the school dress code. In the all grades, boys wear navy blue trousers, a white shirt with tie, and red sweater with logo. Girls in all grades wear a plaid jumper, white blouss with tie, and red stockings.
